Rock Saga has complied a check-list for your convenience.
Travel
Ensure that you have all your airline/resort/festival contact numbers.
Ensure that you have all your travel documents and that they are valid for travel.
Reconfirm flights and notify resort immediately should there be any changes or delays.
Submit to resort the names of all persons traveling and staying with you at the resort during your stay as this is required by the resort for security purposes.
Reconfirm your ground transportation with Caribic Tours upon arrival. All transfers will be handled by CARIBIC TOURS unless otherwise indicated.
Upon arrival at airport in Jamaica, you are responsible for reconfirming your return ground transfer back to the airport at the same time you check in with CARIBIC TOURS. Pick up time is normally 4hrs prior to your flight departure time.
Upon arrival at the resort, after checking in, you are responsible for claiming your event credentials.
Rock Saga will not be responsible for any other persons traveling along or for any other charges.
Rock Saga is not responsible for incidental expenses or charges incurred outside the normal offerings of the resort. This includes but is not limited to souvenirs, food and beverage outside the normal offerings of the resort, medical treatment, telephone, transportation rentals, entertainment, watersports, etc.
Rock Saga and the resorts do not provide for special food requests and/or medical allergies.
Ensure that you have any necessary medications you may need.
Ensure that you have extra funds since emergencies do happen and it is always best to be prepared.
Things To Bring
Negril is the capital of casual however it’s always best to be prepared:
Adequate dry & wet clothing for your length of stay since some resorts may not have laundry service.
Appropriate footwear... comfortable walking shoes and beach shoes should you decide to skip the shuttles and walk to the various locales all within walking distance and whatever else you may require.
Your favorite insect repellant, sun block, sunglasses, head covering, water bottle and whatever else you may require.
Appropriate warm weather clothing... Jamaica is hot, so be prepared to sweat. We recommend quick dry clothing as opposed to cotton, which will pull moisture away from your skin.
Swimsuit and beachwear. Negril is the capital of casual and we’re on the best beach in the world.
DO NOT bring valuable items or jewelry.

Getting Around
Rock Saga will be providing festival shuttles. Feel free to hop on one of the designated vehicles, where you will get a discounted fare
Taxis are a plenty. Ensure that you take the RED licence plate vehicles, which are authorized as public transportation vehicles.
Please use caution when renting cars or motorcycles. In Jamaica they drive on the LEFT, which may create challenges for those accustomed to driving on the RIGHT.
Currency
The Jamaican Dollar is the national currency but US strong Dollars will be accepted in some places. Your change will be given in Jamaican Dollars. Bureau of Exchange are located at most resorts. Change only what you need to avoid losing out on the exchange rate when re-converting back to US Dollars.
Telephone/Internet
Most overseas telephones will roam in Jamaica on the following carriers: Digicel, Cable and Wireless or Claro. Please note your roaming charges from your home area.
Wireless cafes are located at most resorts and there are internet cafes located along the boulevard.
Hotels
Please note that all affiliated resorts are independently operated. Ensure that you check into the correct hotel and receive your chosen travel package of all-inclusive or EP Plan.
Please respect the security regulations for each property as guests will have different privileges than visitors on a day pass.
Restaurants
There are a plethora of various restaurants that cater to various taste palettes.
Food vendors will also be located on the festival site at Wavz Beach.
Remember that spicy in Jamaica means HOT HOT HOT as in pepper.
Safety
Even though you’re having a great time, please use common sense as if you were at home.
Use your resort’s safety deposit box to secure passports, credit cards and other valuables.
Try to have the approximate amount of money when purchasing items or taking taxis.
Make copies of your passport and other ID cards in case of loss or theft.
Local Police and Resort Board Security Personel are always around. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to approach them for assistance. Police can be identified by their black pants with a red or blue stripe down the side with a pin stripe shirt and flat cap. Resort Board can be identified with a black pants, white shirt and white round hat.
Drugs
The open use/purchase/sale of drugs are strictly prohibited. Doing so runs the risk of being arrested in a foreign country. Please adhere to the rules and regulations of Jamaica.
Medical
The nearest hospital is Savana-la-mar or Montego Bay. Please use caution when engaging in risky activities such as cliff jumping or parasailing.
